Since 2009, Luke has excelled in working with first time home buyers, investors and developers, distressed sellers, and others in between. One of his passions in the industry is flipping houses. Renovating a home takes a great deal of planning and preparation, and Luke loves to help buyers navigate through the repair process.
Luke had an entrepreneurial attitude from an early age, but he fell into the industry by chance. After working part-time gigs for a couple of years, he decided to dedicate himself to real estate full time and has thrived on building an energetic and honest business ever since. In the summer of 2017, Luke joined Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty because he wanted to provide exceptional exposure to his clients, and he trusts that the brand name invokes an expectation of professionalism. Together with the Sotheby’s brand, Luke sets expectations on the onset to make the home-buying process less stressful, less unpredictable and ultimately an overall better experience. He insists, “Making a deal happen at the end for a first time home buyer, seller, or investor is what makes all the difference and motivates me.”
Named a Top Producer in Chicago 4 years running, Luke exceeded the 20 million dollar production mark in 2016. His wife and two children are the inspiration for everything he does. He is a native Polish speaker, and on his downtime you can find Luke playing basketball, going to concerts and enjoying foodie experiences with his wife.
